Shoutout
Free, built-in — always on, no settings toggle needed.
Mods and the streamer type !shoutout username or !so username to shout out another channel. It shows a timed box on the Ads overlay, tinted to the platform it was triggered from — purple for Twitch, green for Kick, gold for Velora — and posts a channel link back into that same chat only.
Rich info | Twitch always looks up an avatar and live category; Kick does on a best-effort basis; Velora shows the username and a best-guess link only |
|---|---|
Cooldown | 10 seconds, shared across all platforms |
Customization | The "Shoutout Box" card on the Commands tab lets you resize the box (0.5x–2x), edit the chat message with {user}, {displayName}, and {channel} placeholders, and have it spoken aloud too |
NOTE: The box needs the Ads overlay broswer source to appear on stream, the chat reply still posts without it.
